Donald Trump reportedly called media mogul Rupert Murdoch in a panic after it emerged that 21st Century Fox was being sold to Disney. Trump was so concerned that his almost state media style broadcaster Fox News might be sold, that he was completely freaking out.

It’s not the first time Trump has involved himself in a takeover negotiation. He has previously been caught trying to get AT&T and Time Warner to divest themselves of his nemesis CNN. That was a worrying sign of what was to come from the Trump administration — he hates CNN with a passion.
CNN has been a thorn in Trump’s side since the beginning of his presidency, but he deserves everything he gets from them. Trump has consistently attacked the news network with slurs, insisting that the network broadcasts “fake news”, though CNN has always been proven to tell the truth. The same cannot be said of the president who has been a regular liar throughout his presidency.
While Fox News claims to cover both sides of the story while remaining neutral, every sane person knows it’s biased. Rather, many of their stories are proven to be false. The Fox News owner is a close friend of Trump and they meet frequently which explains the reason for Fox News’ inclination towards Republicans.
Earlier, Rupert Murdoch’s son James Murdoch criticized Trump for his racist statements after the Charlottesville incident starting a sort of cold war in his family. Fox News might push Trump as much as they want, but much can’t be hidden from the public for Trump’s own Twitter account speaks his story more than any news channel.
